The Tandoori Oven

Andy and i got a tour of the kitchen over at Tulsi, the new Indian restuarant in Kittery Foreside. Much of their cooking is done in a hotter than hell Tandoor oven. The naan bread is cooked on the side of the oven andpulled off when brown and bubbly. Oven: See the heat at the bottomOut of the oven
